(Pay What You Want charity-based class, 100% of donations go to charity): Pilates with a mix of Barre & POUND.  


Pilates: Mindful movements that both strengthens the inner core musculature of the body along with lengthening the chronically overused muscles to create bilateral harmony in the body. This movement trains your muscles to become both efficient and powerful. Pilates focuses on purposeful movements that flow with breathe and focus to create change.


POUND: Pound Fitness fuses cardio interval training with drumming to provide a challenging, heart-pumping workout. Anyone who thrives off the group fitness environment or needs loud music to stay motivated needs try this class.

It moves fast: From start to finish, lively, heart-pumping movements and upbeat tunes keep the workout feeling fresh. There's no holding an uncomfortable pose for an extended period of time; the class is always moving, always changing, and always pushing the body to its limits. Plus, the time flies by! It moves from warmup to cooldown in just 45 minutes.

It's a full-body workout: While certain group fitness classes tend to target particular areas of the body, POUND offers a full-body workout and targets common trouble spots. A huge part of the class is performed in a squat position. The constant up-and-down drumming targets your inner and outer thighs, butt, and core. And those drumsticks aren't just for show; at one-fourth pound per stick and a little shorter than the standard length, they're perfectly designed to maximize your arm workout.


Barre: This class incorporates thigh, seat and core exercises at the barre. It infuses ballet flexibility and pilates principals, which helps lengthen muscle while strengthening them at the same time. The end result is a lean, strong sculpted body!







Tai Chi:

Described as “meditation in motion,” Tai chi’s slow, fluid movements help you to relax while increasing your energy and endurance.  Tai chi is a safe and gentle exercise for people of all ages, which can be done standing or sitting.  At RHFC, you will learn postures and movements, based on ancient principles, that have proven health benefits, including enhanced flexibility, mental alertness, and a sense of well-being. 


Fat Burning Boot Camp:

(contact Mike Colangelo at 856-906-3321 for payment options):  A circuit training/interval training class that is sure to leave you breathless. Boot Camp is an intense class that utilizes drills and intervals to optimize results in a short period of time. Get ready to sweat!



 A level 1-2 vinyasa yoga class consisting of basic to intermediate poses sequenced at a moderate pace. Vinyasa (or “flow”) yoga links breath with movement to create a flowing meditation in movement, with emphasis on alignment. Modifications are given for beginner students and variations are offered for more advanced yogis.  For beginner to intermediate students, class is 75 minutes long.
