PilatesPlus:

(No Charge, make a donation, all profits are donated to St. Jude Children's Research)Pilates with a mix of Barre & POUND.  

 

Pilates: Mindful movements that both strengthens the inner core musculature of the body along with lengthening the chronically overused muscles to create bilateral harmony in the body. This movement trains your muscles to become both efficient and powerful. Pilates focuses on purposeful movements that flow with breathe and focus to create change.

 

POUND: Pound Fitness fuses cardio interval training with drumming to provide a challenging, heart-pumping workout. Anyone who thrives off the group fitness environment or needs loud music to stay motivated needs try this class.

It moves fast: From start to finish, lively, heart-pumping movements and upbeat tunes keep the workout feeling fresh. There's no holding an uncomfortable pose for an extended period of time; the class is always moving, always changing, and always pushing the body to its limits. Plus, the time flies by! It moves from warmup to cooldown in just 45 minutes.

It's a full-body workout: While certain group fitness classes tend to target particular areas of the body, POUND offers a full-body workout and targets common trouble spots. A huge part of the class is performed in a squat position. The constant up-and-down drumming targets your inner and outer thighs, butt, and core. And those drumsticks aren't just for show; at one-fourth pound per stick and a little shorter than the standard length, they're perfectly designed to maximize your arm workout.

 

Barre: This class incorporates thigh, seat and core exercises at the barre. It infuses ballet flexibility and pilates principals, which helps lengthen muscle while strengthening them at the same time. The end result is a lean, strong sculpted body!

 

Cardio & Core Boot Camp by Revoliution 360 PT & Fitness:

Tai Chi:

Described as “meditation in motion,” Tai chi’s slow, fluid movements help you to relax while increasing your energy and endurance.  Tai chi is a safe and gentle exercise for people of all ages, which can be done standing or sitting.  At RHFC, you will learn postures and movements, based on ancient principles, that have proven health benefits, including enhanced flexibility, mental alertness, and a sense of well-being. 

 

Cardio Sculpt:

(contact Mike Colangelo at 856-906-3321 for payment options):  A circuit training/interval training class that is sure to leave you breathless.  Cardio Sculpt is an intense class that utilizes drills and intervals to optimize results in a short period of time. Get ready to sweat!

 

Zumba Charity (No Charge, make a donation, all profits are donated to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital): The Original Dance-Fitness Party

 Are you ready to party yourself into shape? Forget the workout, just lose yourself in the music and find yourself in shape at the original dance-fitness party. Zumba® classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before you know it, you'll be getting fit and your energy levels will be soaring! It's easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating.

 

 

Butts & Guts by Revoliution 360 PT & Fitness:

(contact Rev 360 at admin@therevolution360.net for payment options):  Butts and Guts is a no fuss muscle conditioning class that targets your hips, thighs, glutes and abdomen.

 

R360 Strength Boot Camp by Revoliution 360 PT & Fitness:

(contact Rev 360 at admin@therevolution360.net for payment options):  This is a metabolic conditioning workout that combines strength training, body weight, and plyometric movements. Targeting specific muscle groups. Be prepared to put out maximum effort.
